The Cougarette Field Uniform consists of the following parts:

• Shell
• Skirt
• Bloomers
• Sleeves (when appropriate)
• Leather Gauntlets (Arm Pieces)
• Leather Belt
• Boots
• Hat

The uniform should be cared for in the following manner:

• Shell, skirts, bloomers and sleeves should be hand washed in mild laundry detergent and hung to dry. Woolite is not preferred, since it tends to coat the sequins. Liquid Tide works well. Remember, NO DRYING IN THE DRYER, NO PRODUCTS CONTAINING BLEACH and NO DRY CLEANING. The dry cleaning process takes all color out of the sequins.
• Belt and Gauntlets should be spot cleaned with a very soft bristled toothbrush with mild laundry detergent.
• Boots should be cleaned with Ajax or Comet Cleanser, or if very soiled may be polished with White Sneaker Polish. For kick routines, check the bottom of the boots and clean with cleanser if necessary
• Hats may be spot cleaned with a damp towel and freshened up with Baby Powder
